CROZET, France, Aug. 27, 2022–Evelyn Eger rode Westminister to a personal best score to win the Jiva Hill CDI4* Grand Prix Saturday in the fourth CDI for the German partnership.
Evelyn and the 17-year-old Oldenburg gelding scored 72.609% for the win, the first since the 24-year-old rider took over competing Westminster in May this year. German team rider Frederic Wandres competed Westminster in 2018 and 2019.
France’s Olympic and world championship combination of Morgan Barbançon and Sir Donnerhall II OLD, a 16-year-old Oldenburg stallion, placed second on 71.761%.
Alisa Glinka of Moldova and her 13-year-old world championship and World Cup mount, Aachen, was third on 71.674%.
